This should not require any changes from users; however, you might want to test your tools with /usr/bin/perl5.12. After the change, /usr/bin/perl5.10 will be available for a short period, but will then be removed. If you have a problem with Perl 5.12, rather than changing your tools to use /usr/bin/perl5.10, file a request in JIRA. - river.
