Dear all,

I'd like to check your availability for the 3rd RCom Meeting. I propose we hold it later this month: either during the last week of February or the first of March. As usual, I set up a doodle with a number of options that should work well both for Europe and the US: please fill in your preferences so we can settle on a date as soon as possible (for the record, the 1st and 2nd meeting took place on a Saturday at 5pm UTC).

Suggestions for the agenda are also welcome, I started a draft on this EtherPad:

Giota, Daniel and myself will report on the Expert Barriers Survey [1] (the pilot ran between December and January and we are planning the official launch of the survey this week – you can preview it here [2] ) I would also like to ask Aaron as well as those involved in the Subject Recruitment Initiative to share before the meeting any materials they would like to discuss (the same applies to the OA policy project). I am also planning to briefly discuss general issues such as the use and scope of the Research Project directory [3] and the organization of an RCom panel at a forthcoming social computing conference, as per my previous mail.

I look forward to seeing you all!

Best,
Dario
