Wikimedia Eesti is working strategically and hard to change this. They have spend the past 6 months talking to almost every relevant stakeholder in the country. Their masterpiece: A letter written by the Estonian Architects’ Association supporting extending the exception to all uses. A public letter that we are allowed to show around! [8]
This is *very* sweet! An English version (which could then be translate in, eg, French ;) would be useful ; how could we best make that happen?--Jean-Fred
