Hoi,
It is not clear from reading the Utkarsh website what license these fonts are. When they are freely licensed, it may be possible. The same is true for the CDAC. We would love to use their material but it needs to be freely licensed.

Would you be so kind and ask them what the status is for these fonts and when they are not freely licensed, if they are willing to do so ?
