The recent use of this list by Rob fired up a discussion I had before and brought up with him. Currently all emails to this list go to what used to be all list-owner address but now has likely gone to 90% which decreases this lists effectiveness.

As such, I am changing the subscription pattern to this list. After this message goes out, I will be unsubscribing all -owner address, approving the current 'personal' email requests and switching subscription to open.

Further more, future list creations will have a new step where list administrators will be added to this list with the option to unsubscribe at their discretion.

I highly recommend all list administrators subscribe to this list if you are not currently (check just in case) as maintenance windows and new features (or policies) will be announced to this list.
