Yup, I've done that and checked it about 3 times this week for this particular email address! :) I'm wondering if I need to remove them from the non-member list and then re-add them? ("turn it off and then on again")

Have you tried going from your admin panel to Settings-->Message acceptance-->Accept these non-members (and then add the person's email address and save)?

In the next few days I'll be going through the settings for the lists I administer, because I think a few of them need to be tweaked.  We're also looking at member "nicknames" because some of our subscribers have "nicknames" that aren't appropriate for other lists.

Hi,

I have a private list that I'm admin for, but seemingly unable to have mailman enforce the rules for someone that I've added to the non-member list (not a member, but able to post to the list without intervention from admins). This person is within the WMF organization and is using their WMF email address to post to the list.

I've been able to add people to the non-member list prior to this and have had no issues before, but this is new and frustrating.

Any suggestions on how to fix?

Thanks!
