as a Langcom member in charge of project closures, I'd like to bring
forward two closure proposal's to the Board's attention, on which we
recommend to close these wikis:

Rationale: Only 5 pages in the mainspace, thereof maybe 3 "real" ones. This clearly fulfilles the criterion of "Absence of content
since the wiki's creation", in my opinion. Additionally the request has
been open since November 2012. Most commentators support a closure, with
the notable exception of one Amharic user who misunderstood the proposal
as "removing the possibility of Amharic Wikiquote" and argued that the
project would need more time. He has however also not become active.Therefore, we propose to close (and move the content to Incubator).https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Proposals_for_closing_projects/Closure_of_Uzbek_Wikibooks_%282%29
This is a clear case of absence of content (<https://uz.wikibooks.org/wiki/Maxsus:AllPages>, many pages only contain one link or image or so) and total inactivity. Therefore, we also propose to close (and move the content to Incubator).
