The content is verified, and the test-project is active and the localisation for the most-used messages is completed (iirc, the last 2 points weren't mentioned yet).
So no objection from me as well.

I can file a bug for the creation, once the community added the info about namespaces names etc. on Meta <https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Requests_for_new_languages/Wikipedia_Jamaican#Approval> (which they will probably do shortly).

Of course spelling errors can be corrected by other users in due course, and since it’s a relatively new standard orthography, it’s not surprising.
