Yes, as I understand it the ability to read from a CSV file is what separates it from, say, Commonist. The tool also allows you to use different templates (Artwork, Information), with a little bit of tweaking.

I was experimenting a bit and was able to read from metadata in the images, but I was not yet able to link to a CSV file, and the documentation on GitHub is exactly missing that part.

The README doesn't explain what is its benefit compared to the others. «ComeOn! has the ability to load external metadata from a CSV file» seems to be its distinctive feature, am I correct?
The README also doesn't state whether it works with OpenJDK.
