This afternoon (Europe) GWT refused to upload a new batch, after serving
me fine for days....

I stupidly tried the same batch job again (albeit with different throttle,
can be deleted) no action, and still so many birds, mammals, insects,
herbaria and artworks from Naturalis, Leiden, to go..

Everything looks fine now:

Some tasks are in error:

* “Duplicate media file” is what it says on the tin − not surprising if you submitted the same job twice.

* Not sure what “Edit conflict original URL: http://... evaluated URL: http://...” might mean
