Dear Wikimedia Education members, I have been asked a few months ago (and it was on my to-do list but I'm waking up from a long hibernation) to ask to the French Wikipedia community to vote for a few changes so that the Outreach Dashboard could have the right to write on user pages (if i recall correctly) in order fro the French Wikipedia to be able to benefit from the full features of the new Dashboard. Do you know if it has been done in the meantime and if not, can you recall me what I should ask exactly there ?
