In the meantime, here's the example I've
mentioned of the Wikipedia
Library Project User Group proposal
<https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia_Library_User_Group> on Meta.

Shani.

Hi Everyone,
I'm catching up on this conversation since I was not in Berlin. It
seems like a lot was discussed, and there's a lot of potential change in
the air!
On our side, I'll be exploring any considerations my team would need to
be aware of with regards to a potential user group. I'm not well versed in
this topic, so I'll be looking at existing models and soliciting advice.
Please feel free to share your thoughts here or in the document.
In light of the next in person meeting in June, I think it makes sense
to use the time leading up to the meeting to discuss the aspects of the
user group idea, and see if we can come to any consensus around a decision.
It's important to note that some people were not in the room, and not
everyone is comfortable discussing or debating in large groups.
In the end it's a decision for the group. My team is happy to
facilitate and give input, and we'll see where we end up :)
Cheers,
Tighe
