Hi! You can count me in. We make presentations about it but a leaflet would make things clearer. I'd love to make a Spanish translation. :)

Best,
Roxana

Hi Venus!

I was kind of dreaming about this idea. You can consider me the biggest fan and helping arm of your plans from now on. ;)

I like the idea for two reasons:

1. Believing that we, the Wikipedia community, are responsible for raising awareness about it.

2. Because guiding people on how to read Wikipedia will promote the idea of editing Wikipedia and supporting programs like the Wikipedia Education Program.

So, please add my name to list of your team members right after Reem's name.

Dear all,

I am planning to make a leaflet about how to use Wikipedia with correct attitude, what I mean here is to tell the students that Wikipedia is not only an online encyclopedia for them to get the information they need, but also they can share their knowledge on Wikipedia. At the same time, students should not plagiarize by using Wikipedia.

The reason I want to work on the leaflet is that there was a scandal in Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination 2013 where some students were caught with plagiarism. They copied the information from the website directly, thus disqualified. I think it is important for us to tell the students how to use Wikipedia with a positive attitude. Do you think this idea is possible? Please share your idea/opinion with me. Thank you very much. :)

Best Regards,
Venus
