Dear Collab members,

Great job on Thursday's meeting! I thought it was we had a productive conversation. This is what Nicole Ebber, who's overseeing the phase 1 process had to say about our GDoc:

"I was quite impressed by the document and how one can follow the evolution of the process and your statements.

Regarding the statements: I would recommend to try and make them shorter, to increase clarity. Also, please add keywords to each statement. One other thing, but that might be rooted in the way it is described in the discussion guide: Some of the statements read as they describe the process or what Wikimedia would have to do in the next
couple of years, rather than a status of how we imagine Wikimedia to be, or what we will have achieved in 2030. So if you review and adjust the statements, you might consider making them more of a status description, at least for those where it makes sense."

So, it seems the task ahead is to try and be even more synthetic in our statements (the final part of the document), and to add a line with the keywords for each one. It's definitely a good time to take a second look at them, and ask ourselves if they do indeed represent correctly what we hope the status of things will be in 2030 (instead of how we are going to get there). There is always room for comments, suggestions of improvements,  requests for clarification, as well as questions!

Have a great week!

Vahid.

By 2030:
* Every student learns how to use Wiki projects and how to contribute to Wiki Projects as part of their education.
* Wiki projects are widely used as a teaching tool.
* Every teacher / facilitator has easy-to-use technical tool to track their work, that is visible to the movement
* We have diverse formats available to us illustrating the sum of all knowledge - so more videos, 3D models, accessible and available to editing via cells and other platforms (Internet of Things)

Hi all,

Due a train accident I have to take two busses, which will at least cost me 30 minutes more. Maybe I am just in time, otherwise later.
