Since this is a Skype call, I think it's fairly
critical for folks to
provide their Skype names. I've added mine to the wiki page.
Also, I'm assuming that Kathrin will initiate the conference call (inviting
everyone else). [It doesn't matter who does this, but two different people
shouldn't try at the same time, of course.]
